We can accomplish the following goals:
BFSA to be seen as a vibrant intellectual group of individuals, purposely premised on making a positive impact for the betterment of the YSU community
Establish membership committee to increase paid members and encourage participation of those members
Establish committee to review our constitution and bylaws and ensure we adhere to them
Ensure meetings are held regularly (publish an annual calendar of events) and in a timely manner
To help ensure the universities integrity and accountability with the diversity initiative for recruiting and retaining underrepresented faculty, staff and students by ensuring BFSA is involved in the process

To work with the President and the rest of the executive committee to make BFSA a thriving and supportive association for all Black faculty and staff on campus

To meet more regularly so that voices can be heard and issues can be addressed.
To be recognized on campus as a respected organization.
